Providence Recreation Centers will be open today February 6th during normal operating hours, 3PM-9PM. Shelf-stable meals will be served at all recreation centers. Due to multiple school closings, the Providence Recreation Basketball League games will be cancelled this evening.

Providence Youth Basketball League Registration for 2025 Season
The Providence Department of Recreation has officially opened registration for the highly anticipated 2025 Winter Youth Basketball League. Designed to inspire teamwork, sportsmanship, and community engagement, this league is open to boys and girls in the 10U, 12U, and 14U divisions.
League Highlights:
- Season Dates: January 11, 2025 – March 9, 2025
- Eligibility: Open to Providence residents only
- Divisions: Boys & Girls, 10U, 12U, and 14U
