Details:
The project will fully renovate the vacant Elmwood Community Center with upgrades to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; fire protection; site improvements; interior fit-out; AV; furniture, fixtures, and equipment; access control and security; accessibility; and building envelope repairs and upgrades.
External repairs will ensure the facility is watertight while improving overall energy efficiency.
New Spaces to Be Created:
- One computer lab
- One telemedicine room
- Eight multipurpose rooms
