Details:
This project will upgrade several areas with new finishes, flooring, acoustical ceilings, lighting, and paint, along with carbon-neutral heating, HVAC improvements, fire protection, enhanced security and access control, and full ADA accessibility.A key feature will be the creation of the Cyber Lobby, a computer lab designed with modular furniture and partitions.
New Spaces to Be Created:
- One computer lab
- One telemedicine room
- Seven multipurpose rooms
- One additional flexible space
The renovations will also include minor upgrades to the Olneyville Resilience Hub, located on the 2nd floor of the center.
